Die Retrospektive muss ein sicherer Ort sein, an dem jeder Probleme ansprechen und sein Feedback frei von Einfl\u00fcssen Dritter geben kann. Wenn einige der Teammitglieder das Gespr\u00e4ch dominieren und wahrscheinlich sogar andere Teammitglieder dadurch einsch\u00fcchtern, wird die Retrospektive keine psychologische Sicherheit bieten. Dieser Misserfolg f\u00fchrt dazu, dass die Teilnehmer sich aus der Retrospektive zur\u00fcckziehen und die Ergebnisse weniger n\u00fctzlich sind. Es gibt keine Professionalit\u00e4t und kein Selbstmanagement, ohne dass man sich als Team st\u00e4ndig selbst zur Rechenschaft zieht. Wenn jedoch einige Teammitglieder nur an den Retrospektiven teilnehmen, weil sie dazu gezwungen werden, wird die ganze Idee der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung untergraben. Jeder in einem Scrum-Team muss ein ernsthaftes Interesse daran haben, die Fortschritte des Teams zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, um besser in dem zu werden, was man tut.<\/p> \r\n\r\n<p><strong>Was man dagegen tun kann<\/strong>: Auf Teamebene sollten Sie niemanden unter Druck setzen, an einer Retrospektive teilzunehmen. Sorgen Sie stattdessen daf\u00fcr, dass sich die Teilnahme lohnt. Der Drang, sich als Team kontinuierlich zu verbessern, muss durch Eigenmotivation gen\u00e4hrt werden, nicht durch Angst oder Zwang. Dies betrifft vor allem die Vorgesetzten, die im Scrum-Team mitarbeiten. Eng verbunden mit diesem Scrum-Antimuster ist es, wenn interne Mitarbeiter die Verl\u00e4ngerung von Vertr\u00e4gen mit Freiberuflern genehmigen m\u00fcssen. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Gefangene der Retrospektive - Fazit<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Jedes Scrum-Event ist eine Gelegenheit zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung und Anpassung; neben der Transparenz die beiden S\u00e4ulen, auf denen die Empirie ruht. Daher ist jedes Scrum-Event unverzichtbar, und es ist keine Option, es zu untergraben. Wenn einige Teammitglieder nicht freiwillig teilnehmen, dann bem\u00fchen Sie sich nicht genug, schwierige Gespr\u00e4che zu f\u00fchren, bei denen jeder einbezogen wird und eine Stimme hat \u2014 und das in einer psychologisch sicheren Umgebung.
