Liberating Structures \u00fcberwinden dabei traditionelle Kommunikationsans\u00e4tze wie Pr\u00e4sentationen, vorstrukturierte Diskussionen oder ein weiteres unorganisiertes Brainstorming, bei dem die lautesten Teilnehmer die Oberhand gewinnen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Liberating Structures eignen sich gut, um das Engagement der Teilnehmer von Scrum-Events zu verbessern und so die Art von Ergebnissen zu stimulieren, die f\u00fcr die Schaffung von lernenden Organisationen notwendig sind. Laut dem Scrum Guide beantwortet das Sprint Planning zwei Fragen:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>What can be delivered in the Increment resulting from the upcoming Sprint?<\/p>\r\n<p>How will the work needed to deliver the Increment be achieved?<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Quelle<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrumguides.org\/scrum-guide.html#events-planning\" title=\"Liberating Structures for Scrum: The Sprint Planning \u2014 Age-of-Product.com\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Scrum Guide<\/a>.<\/p> \r\n\r\n<p>Meiner Erfahrung nach wird ein erfahrenes Scrum-Team selten in Schwierigkeiten geraten, herauszufinden, wie man den Kunden einen Mehrwert bietet; eine sorgf\u00e4ltige Vorbereitung f\u00fchrt zu einem erfolgreicehn Sprint Planning, z.B. durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Product Backlog Refinements oder den Sprint Review. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Bei hinreichender Transparenz und Zusammenarbeit wird das Sprint Planning in den meisten F\u00e4llen best\u00e4tigen, was das Scrum-Team in den Wochen vor dem Sprint Planning bereits als Hypothese verwendet hat.  So weit, so gut, hier gibt es nicht viel zu tun.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Dann gibt es jedoch die F\u00e4lle, in denen das Sprint Planning schief geht. Wenn das Scrum Team nicht in der Lage ist, ein Gesch\u00e4ftsziel in ein Sprint-Ziel zu verwandeln, welches durch die Implementierung einer Reihe von Product Backlog-Eintr\u00e4gen erreicht werden kann.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Die Frage ist, warum geschieht dies so sp\u00e4t im Prozess?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Es gibt zahlreiche Sprint Planning Anti-Muster, aber dasjenige, das einem schnell in den Sinn kommt, l\u00e4sst sich am besten als <a href=\"https:\/\/age-of-product.com\/scrum-sprint-planning-anti-patterns\/\" title=\"Liberating Structures f\u00fcr Scrum: Das Sprint Planning \u2014 Age-of-Product.com\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">\"Garbage in, Garbage out\"<\/a> beschreiben. Ein erfolgreiche Scrum-Team hat diese schwere Arbeit bereits w\u00e4hrend des Product Backlog Refinements geleistet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Was uns zur n\u00e4chsten Aufgabe f\u00fchrt: herauszufinden, was erforderlich ist, um ein gut vorbereiteten, umsetzungsf\u00e4higen Product Backlog zu erstellen. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Min Specs f\u00fcr gut vorbereitete, umsetzbare Product Backlogs<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Die zweite Aufgabe des Abends \u2014 die Identifizierung der Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr umsetzbare Product Backlogs \u2014 f\u00fchrte uns zu einer neuen Mikrostruktur der Liberating Structures: Die <strong> Min Specs<\/strong>. Der Zweck der Min Specs ist es, Prozesse und Praktiken auf das absolute Minimum zu reduzieren, welches dennoch das Ziel erreichen w\u00fcrde:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote>\u201cWhat is made possible? By specifying only the minimum number of simple rules, the Min Specs that must ABSOLUTELY be respected, you can unleash a group to innovate freely. Respecting the Min Specs will ensure that innovations will be both purposeful and responsible. Like the Ten Commandments, Min Specs are enabling constraints: they detail only must dos and must not dos. You will eliminate the clutter of nonessential rules, the Max Specs that get in the way of innovation. Often two to five Min Specs are sufficient to boost performance by adding more freedom AND more responsibility to the group\u2019s understanding of what it must do to make progress. Out of their experience in the field, participants shape and adapt Min Specs together, working as one. Da es hierf\u00fcr keine geeignete Fl\u00e4chen im Veranstaltungsort gab und die Zeit langsam knapp wurde, haben wir diesen Teil jedoch \u00fcbersprungen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\u00dcbrigens, wenn Sie das Ergebnis des vierten Teams vermissen, dies geht mir ebenfalls so. ????\u200d\u2642\ufe0f <\/p> \r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Fazit: Liberating Structures Sprint Planning<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Liberating Structures-Strings wirken Wunder, wenn Sie kritische Themen ansprechen m\u00fcssen, welche die Einbeziehung aller erfordern und jedem eine Stimme in einer sicheren Umgebung geben sollen. Die vier Teams kamen zu Recht zu dem Schluss, dass eine erfolgreiche Sprint-Planung haupts\u00e4chlich von einem gut gepflegtem Product Backlog abh\u00e4ngt.
