This cohort was initially designed around free versions of various AI models. However, after reviewing the latest capabilities and considering feedback from our initial survey, I've integrated advanced AI techniques that significantly enhance the learning experience. These include:
While we will still use free Perplexity, Claude, DeepSeek, and NotebookLLM versions, these advanced techniques are only available in paid versions of certain models. ChatGPT Plus currently offers the best and most-rounded feature set for the objectives of this class.
What This Means for You:
To ensure every participant has the best possible experience, I recommend signing up for ChatGPT Plus for the class duration (June 5 to July 3). The one-month subscription of USD 20 will allow you to engage with all exercises and hands-on learning without limitations fully.
If you choose not to upgrade, you can still participate, but some techniques will not be immediately testable on your end, and you may need to rely on shared outputs from others in the class.

For this AI for Agile Practitioners cohort class, we use Zoom and Mural to ensure the best learning experience. If you need to use other applications, such as Microsoft Teams, please feel free to contact us for other options.
PST Stefan Wolpers will facilitate the class. Stefan has practiced Scrum, XP, and other agile practices for more than 17 years. He is an active contributor to the Berlin agile community; for example, he is a licensed Agile Fluency™ facilitator as well as an XSCALE Alliance Business Agility coach.
The training activities will comprise of interactive exploration, discussions, and exercises, for example, based on Liberating Structures, or short teachings. The techniques that you will learn are also immediately applicable after the class in your team environment.
